EXAMINATIONS

Examination dates and last dates of entry for examinations will be posted on the College examinations notice board. Students are advised that they are personally responsible for making themselves familiar with any rules and regulations governing entry to external public examinations, and for complying with such regulations, including the submission at the proper time for applicants, to sit such examinations. Certain courses have special entry requirements relating to attendance and coursework.

Students should ensure that they are familiar with these by asking their course/personal tutor.

Remission of Examination Fees

All full time students between the ages of 16 and 18 will be granted free entry to their College examinations and first set of re-sits as appropriate. Some students over 19 years of age may be eligible to claim remission of examination fees or help towards their fees.

Please contact Student Services for more details.

Please note:  Remission of examination fees for appropriate students will be granted on the understanding that the student will be invoiced for any examination fees if he/she fails to attend the examination without just cause.
