Management Leadership Courses

These courses are designed to support the development of managers at all levels.

ILM (Institute of Leadership & Management) Level 2 to 7 in Team Leading, Management, Customer Service and Coaching and Mentoring. 

The ILM Level 5 Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring, for example, is a five week course designed to provide managers with the knowledge and skills to enable them develop a coaching and mentoring culture within their organisation, and to also equip them with the skills to provide effective support for the development of others and improve their own managerial performance.

We can also design bespoke training packages to suit companies needs to achieve clear objectives.
