What areas are covered by the course? Health and Safety, Working with others, Personal performance, tractor driving, maintain structures and surfaces, feeding livestock, care of livestock, establish crops, monitor crops
How is the course taught? The course is about one year during college term times, and is based on a work placement where evidence is collected to show the ability to carry out skilled agricultural tasks
How is the course assessed? Assessment of Practical skills and production of a portfolio of evidence of carrying out farming tasks to competent standards
