This course is aimed at reaching a group of people at Upsall Hall in Teeside. The group have attained levels of basic practical skills working in the grounds of the Hall and are looking to formalise their skills with a recognised qualification to help them seek independent living, supported employment and further education
Entry Requirements No formal entry requirements, an interest in working outdoors and the landbased subject areas essential.
What areas are covered by the course? 3 mandatory units and 5 optional units are studied,
How is the course taught? Mixture of theory and practical. Learners are required to build up a portfolio of evidence. Practical skills are assessed throughout the course in this case delivered off site!
