This course covers the skills and knowledge required to Fell Small Trees. On completion of the course you will have the NPTC Award to Fell and Process Small trees (less than 380mm in diameter). This qualification along with the CS30 is essential for employment in the industry.

Overview of the course: 

A practical course over 3 days. During the 3 days you will have gained the practical skills and knowledge to enable you to take a practical assessment. The assessment will be on the day following the completion of the training.

Entry requirements: 

Level 2 Award in Chainsaw Maintenance & Cross Cutting (CS30) must be held prior to training.

Fell and Process Small Trees less than 380mm

The course is assessed by external practical assessment by NPTC
