College To Host Apprenticeship Information Event

East Durham College are holding an information evening for Year 10 and Year 11 students and parents on Apprenticeships.

The event will take place in the Peterlee campus’s Lubetkin Theatre on Wednesday 15th June from 6pm to 7pm.

Staff from the Apprenticeship team will be giving a presentation and be on hand to advise you through how the Apprenticeship route works, the opportunities available to students who study on Apprenticeships and the Apprenticeships offered through East Durham College.

East Durham College, Director of Employer Engagement, Anthony Mills, believes this is a great opportunity to come along and get a complete overview of the Apprenticeship route and get answers to any of your questions.

Anthony said: “We want to hold this night at the college to give students and their parents the chance to come along and hear what Apprenticeships are all about.

“East Durham College have a number of Apprenticeship routes available in many different subject areas, with some great companies across the north-east region to help get potential students the best route into a great career.”
