Stallholder Applications Now Open For 2015 Durham Flower Festival
The Durham Flower Festival is happy to announce that it is now taking applications from stallholders, both horticultural and craft, ahead of this year’s event.
After the huge success of the inaugural 2014 show, this year’s show will return on Saturday 29th and Sunday 30th August 2015.
The event will see the Durham Flower Festival return to East Durham College’s Houghall Campus, in Durham, which will once again feature a range of competition categories including flowers, floral art, fruit and veg, food and art, alongside exhibits from horticultural organisations such as North of England Bonsai and Glens Garden Gems, a variety of trade stands including craft items and garden plants, demonstrations and plant clinic.
Durham Flower Show Secretary, Dianne Howe, is happy to see that plans are already in motion for this year’s festival.
Dianne said: “Last year’s inaugural Durham Flower Festival went really well and we are hoping to continue to see it grow this year. “Stallholders make up a big part of the event and we had some great ones on display, as well as seeing many of them back this year we would love to see many new ones here at the festival.
The festival has also launched a brand new website where you can keep up to date on everything happening ahead of this year’s festival, you can visit it here.
If you have any questions, would like copies of schedules or trade stand application forms then please do not hesitate to contact Dianne Howe on 0191 518 8291 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
