Apprenticeship in Team Leading

Are you comfortable with taking charge and helping others succeed? If so, one of these apprenticeships will help you gain the skills to become an excellent team leader or supervisor.

Team leaders and supervisors are the first line of management in the workplace. They provide support for other staff members, assist with operational and project responsibilities and are ultimately responsible for ensuring that staff members work as they should be and objectives are met.

As a team leader or supervising apprentice, you'll gain authentic experience of how to perform this role in an actual workplace. Your responsibilities and daily workload may vary depending on your employer, but the main principles of the role remain the same - help others and become an effective team leader or supervisor.

Important Information on Entry Requirements

Please note that a team leader/supervisor apprenticeship is considered to be a Level 3 (Advanced) Apprenticeship.

Entry requirements for the apprenticeship may vary depending on the employer's requirements and business objectives, but applicants will generally be expected to have at least five GCSEs at Grade C or above.
