This new and exciting Level 2 combined programme includes three qualifications that are fully integrated across the areas of Business, Tourism and Event Planning Sectors. Explore the globe through your study of these joint courses and challenge yourself to be the next big business entrepreneur or leading travel expert.

Entry requirements: 

4 GCSE's Grade 3/D including Maths and English Entry onto any course at East Durham College is subject to final approval from the Assistant Principal. Where relevant, the term ‘entry requirements’ also includes DBS checks, references, fitness to practice, etc.

How is the course assessed?: 

The course is assessed through formal examinations and a series of assignment tasks including written, tasks, group assessments, practical and role-play situations.

Further study options after this course: 

There are opportunities to progress onto a level 3 programme of study with either the Peter Jones Enterprise Academy or to study a BTEC L3 Diploma in Travel & Tourism . There are also further opportunities to study at university.
