Note: The college takes every precaution to ensure that our college facilities are Covid-secure in line with current guidance. 

Our open day is exactly like it sounds - you'll be able to have a look around all of our stunning Houghall campus and check out everything we've got to offer!

Our facilities you can have a look at include:

  • Our stunning Small Animal Care centre, which houses a wide variety of animals including rabbits, chinchillas, exotic lizards and even raccoons and wallabies!
  • Our dog grooming studios, also housed inside the Animal Care centre
  • Our multi-million pound farming facilities, including our pig housing unit, cattle unit and more 
  • Our Equine centre, offering a state-of-the-art Equine teaching experience in our indoor and outdoor arenas, on-site stables and much, much more

Our lecturers and staff will be on-hand throughout the day to answer any questions you might have as you take a look around our fantastic Houghall facilities.

I've Already Been to a Come to College Night, Should I Come to This?

In short - yes, you should!

Our Come to College nights give you a great opportunity to talk to our lecturers, but unfortunatelty we can't offer full Houghall site tours during these events.

As this is an open day, it's your chance to actually have a look at our facilities for yourself, and see the areas you could be studying at when you start your course.
