Rachel Tutor Claire Sheppard said: "Rachel has attendance and punctuality of 96%. Rachel’s teacher at placements has expressed that she is a fantastic student who is one of the best students she has had. She also states that Rachel shows initiative, dedication and enthusiasm when working with the children and she is an excellent support. Her placement have expressed that she is a valuable support in class.
" Rachel has used her own initiative to collect evidence and has worked independently to complete work. She started placement late due to reasons that were not her fault and this meant she had a lot of work to catch up when starting placement.
Claire added: "Rachel has had a proactive attitude in collecting evidence and has made an excellent impact on her placement in a short time, this has been reflected by the teachers’ comments".
