College Gets Set to Host Annual Houghall Open Day

East Durham College are getting set to host their annual open day and spring fayre at the Houghall Campus in Durham this Sunday.
The day gives visitors a great opportunity to find out more about the wide range of land based courses and training the College.
Along with information on the academic side of courses a number of curriculum areas will be putting on demonstrations including dog agility, sheep shearing, cattle weighing and dressage displays.
The site will also be hosting a number of fun activities including a mobile climbing wall, face painting and archery.
And this year the show is delighted to announce it will be hosting the inaugural Durham Classic Car Show.
The show will feature The Durham MG Club who are expecting about 80 classic cars to be on display from early MG T Types to modern MGs and a variety of other classic cars.
East Durham College offers a wide range of land based courses in; Agriculture, Animal Care, Arboriculture & Forestry, Environmental Management, Equestrianism, Floristry, Horticulture and Amateur Gardening.
