EDC Gender Pay Gap Report
Gender pay reporting legislation requires employers with 250 or more employees to publish particular statutory calculations every year including the gender pay gap and gender bonus gap as average figures across the organisation as a whole.
The report below incorporates the published gender pay gap figures for East Durham College, in accordance with the Equality Act 2010 (Specific Duties and Public Authorities) Regulations 2017.
Subsequent reports will be available annually and will also be published here.
The snapshot date for data publication is the 31st March of each relevant pay period.
