EDC Careers Advice Service
East Durham Colleges' careers guidance service is here to help you make the right course choice. The College is accredited to the Matrix Standard Award for information, advice and guidance; so you can be sure that the advice you receive in college is of a high standard. The College offers 'drop- in' sessions and appointments with our specialist careers advisor. Appointments can be booked via telephone, email or through Student Services.

Teesside University Partnership
Teesside University have launched a new BSc (Hons) Animal Science and Welfare degree, which is partly taught at our Houghall Campus, which provides you with the skillset to support the animal care industry.

National Careers Service
The National Careers Service website provides careers advice and information on a wide range of jobs, training course resources and funding.

National Land Based College
East Durham College is a member of the National Land Based College, a UK-wide virtual college championing skills development and providing a digital hub for land based careers, education and training. We encourage students to visit the NLBC website and register with them to receive ongoing skills support throughout your career.

Find your perfect volunteering opportunity or charity job. Do-it - for good. Do-it.org is the place to find out about volunteering opportunities. Do-it.org lists over 1m volunteering opportunities that are posted by volunteer centres, national/local charities and voluntary groups.

Medicspot Innovation Grant
