Wedding Floristry Course... I Do!

Why not say ‘I do’ to a fun new course on offer from the region’s leading provider of floristry training.

East Durham College’s Houghall Campus is pleased to announce that it will be starting its highly popular wedding floristry short course in January.

The three-week course will cover button holes, bridesmaid hand-tied posies and decorative wedding table arrangements.

If you are interested in flowers for weddings, work as a florist, have trained in floristry, are getting married or know someone who is getting married in the near future this course will be ideal for you.

Sue said: “No previous experience is necessary as this course is designed with the ambitious beginner in mind.

“You will work to your own ability level and this practical course will show you how to design and create some stunning wedding-related designs.

“Experienced florists would also benefit from this course as they will get the chance to upskill and create their own designs under the expert guidance of our highly experienced lecturers.”

The course starts on Thursday 23rd January and runs for three weeks, each Thursday from 6pm till 8pm at the Houghall Campus in Durham.

The course fee is £95.00 and the cost includes all the materials and flowers you’ll need to take part.
